APARTMENTS/ WEAR HOUSES UNTIL FINALLY I MADE MY WAY OUT OF THE CITY TO REMOTE
RETREATS IN THE COUNTRY IN THE FOOTHILLS (QUITE LITERALLY)WHICH HAD ITS OWN SET
OF CHALLENGES INCLUDING USING DEVICES TO DO REMOTE PROXY-SERVER UPDATES OF MY
WEBSITE AND E-COMMUNICATIONS TO ALERT OTHERS!!.
NOW *10 ATTEMPTS AT MY ABDUCTION HIGHLIGHTED -*IN FACT THERE HAVE NOW BEEN 2 FURTHER ATTEMPTS ON JULY 09 AND JULY 10TH/08 FOR A TOTAL OF 10 ABDUCTION ATTEMPTS-
forcing me into hiding for the most part between Nov 2007 and THIS PRESENT TIME After the initial Oct 27/07 abduction attempt
they promised they would be back for me in the days to come-they have tried many times since terrorizing my family and my mother!

Abduction Attempt #2:
2. they were back several days later as promised but I had left and gone into
hiding.
Abduction attempt #3:
DEC 31/07:
Family and activists in attendance to monitor my premises in my absence noted a
card left under the door Dec 31.
Abduction Attempt #5:
Jan 26/08- after months in hiding and having procured legal council we
felt perhaps we would be safe- I was wrong...Police came to my door and without
announcing themselves knocked incessantly on my door- I recognized them by their
radio beeps.
I had predicted this attempt within 30
minutes of it occurring as I was on the line with Charles Boylan COOP Radio
Vancouver (with whom I have done interview in past- *see Flash MP3 interviews
above) speaking to my concern over the radical jihad websites that had surfaced
citing I expected an imminent attack. I did not go to the door and
so they did not suspect that I was home and left the premises.
Abduction Attempt #6:
Saturday Feb 2/08
AGENT PROVOCATEUR INFILTRATES MY ACTIVIST CIRCLE IN ATTEMPT TO LURE ME
BACK FROM HIDING BACK HOME WHERE ABDUCTION ATTEMPT AWAITED: ( Recall the
infiltration / agent provocateur citations concerning British Mi6 and the
Montebello Quebec anti- North American Union where police posed as violent
protesters in order to try to gain leverage to retaliate!!)
- THEY HAVE USED THE AGENT PROVOCATEUR METHOD WITHIN THEIR REPERTOIRE
AGAINST US AS WELL AS DETAILED IN THE FOLLOWING: -
In order to secure my safety I had enlisted the assistance of a group of
activists who were infiltrated by the police posing as an activist who not only
asked about my whereabouts , but then stated he had been by apartment and run
into a caretaker ***>>complaining that he could not get into my apartment***
<<(see below )who ostensibly claimed that my 'my landlord' was demanding my
presence at my apartment before the Monday at 8 am or he would kick my door down
with police present because of not being able to get in to do repairs-- I
contacted my landlord to find that he had made no such request - and that there
is in fact no caretaker working at our apartment!!
...this is EVIDENCE THAT THE POLICE HAD CUT THE KEYS TO
MY APARTMENT ON OCT 27/07 DURING THE ALL DAY RAID/BURGLARIZATION OF MY HOME: -
the fact that the 'caretaker' complained he could
not get in was evidentiary of this fact- and only because I am aware of the
rogue virulent insipid nature of the Winnipeg Police, did I have the foresight
to change the locks to my home and cut new keys immediately after the
abduction, and change all the pass codes to my USB which contained the pass
codes to my website.

threatening 75 FBI agents and one U.S. Marshal Kelly Meutschler
He states that all mentioned are analyzing my website and working hard with
Canadian Government to see about my 'rendition' to the united States-

presented as an ally while I was in hiding , trying to lure me into revealing
where I was but because I was not on a land line and using a calling card, my
coordinates could not be traced- I suspected a set up and did not tell him
anything about my whereabouts : Steven Davis infiltrated COOP Radio
Vancouver through an individual by the name of Angus Argue a COOP Radio
broadcaster (with no association with Charles Boylan of COOP Radio).

Police
came knocking at my door 10:50 AM- same time of day and day of week
(Saturday) on which they have attempted the last several abduction
attempts so I knew it was them and knew not to go to the door-
illegally, *they did not identify themselves (*WHICH IS ILLEGAL –IT
VIOLATES POLICE PROTOCOL &REQUIRED POLICE PROCEDURE) and I placed a cell
phone call to my mother instructing her to come to my home as witness ,
whereupon she visually identified at least 3 squadron cars and one ghost
car hidden to one side, in my back lane.
POLICE ILLEGAL ILL- INTENT TO ABDUCT DOCUMENTED

Threats of abduction to the United States with references to U.S.
Marshals were found amidst police notes most recently procured by our
attorney. This is in keeping with threats relating to U.S. marshal
abduction which had been uttered by criminally charged X-U.S. Marine
Judge David S. Doty, who presided as Judge at our ‘trial’ in Minneapolis
2 years prior, before a jury pool with members and affiliates of F.B.I.,
C.I.A. and N.S.A. present on it!!!
THREATS FROM BOTH JUDGE DOTY AND POLICE ILLEGAL- EXTRADITION IS ILLEGAL
UNLESS THERE ARE FEDERAL LEVEL FELONY OFFENSES THAT THE SUBJECT OF THAT
EXTRADITION HAS COMMITTED-AND THERE ARE NO SUCH CHARGES IN MY CASE-
their illegal Kangaroo court hearing with police perjuring and tyrant
criminally charged judge, would succeed in a false finding of guilt only

*Failing to provide disclosure of police

*Suggesting to magistrate that "we may in
fact find that there are no police notes from Oct 27/07 (a date on which I was
abducted my home raided and belongings sent to the U.S. with same notes read to
our attorney Dec 21/07 then denied him 6 days later)
*failure to provide all disclosure of
police files.
The fact that items of my apartment during
the raid were stolen and sent to Minneapolis is the evidence of the cross border
collusion and abduction attempts they cannot hide. They lied to renown
journalist Lesley Hughes of
Canadian dimension
magazine (who did preliminary article on our plight prior to the subsequent
attacks, and stated I was being held that Oct 27/07 on a 'disturb the peace'
allegation and was in no danger of extradition calling it 'my innate paranoia' -
Yet they cannot hide their attempts- a Winnipeg police officer not 'in the loop'
unwittingly read the details of the Winnipeg Police's criminal intent by reading
details of the Oct 27/07 notes to our lawyer on Dec 21/07 when our lawyer went
to police headquarters-which gave detailsof my belongings being sent to the U.S.
in conjunction with the No-Warrant-No Charges raid upon my home!! Yet when our
lawyer returned 6 days later Dec 27/07 to collect these notes, like rogue
